Each active deacon in the Diocese of Toledo is required to attend an annual retreat of at least 3 days and document attendance. In addition, each deacon is required to accumulate at least 24 contact hours of Continuing Formation every two years (currently, it would be the sum of all contact hours for 2026 and 2027) and document attendance to remain in Good Standing. The links below should be used to submit Continuing Formation and Retreat information to document activity in 2026 and 2027.

To document attendance at any Continuing Formation event in 2026 or 2027 (workshop, conference, course, etc.) and for an Annual Retreat (one for 2026 and one for 2027), you will log into Track It Forward and submit the appropriate menu items. Your Username is your email address, and the Password is set by you the first time you log in. You can log onto Track It Forward anytime on your computer or the phone app to access your records and see exactly what credits you have earned to date for the year or cycle.
